Welcome to the on-line Parent/Teacher Conference Booking System for Holy Name Catholic School. You will be able to create an account, enter your children and then schedule conference times for you to speak with their teachers.  Appointment scheduling will start at specified times, see the schedule listed below.  You will find the system very easy to use and it will take only a few minutes to setup your account, your children and your appointments. 

Please note, Parent/Teacher Conferences are optional and can happen at the request of the parent or the teacher.

Once you have registered, login in with your email and password you created.

Please be advised that the window for booking appointments for November 8th and November 9th Parent/Teacher Conferences will open on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 7:00 am and will close on Tuesday, November 7th at 12:00 noon with no exceptions.

All Parent/Teacher Conferences MUST be booked on-line. 

Please note, You will no longer be able to ACCESS or BOOK Parent/Teacher Conferences after Tuesday, November 7th at Noon
